Jumping ahead, I will state we were Very impressed upon leaving. We arrived at the valet parking area and found it to be efficient and the personnel pleasant and accommodating. Based on these expectations, we planned a trip to the Horseshoe this past Friday. When the construction of this facility was originally announced we were told it would be a Vegas Type, upscale casino far better than the other area options in Indiana.
Thanks Jack for the AWFUL, HORRENDOUS, SHAMEFUL, CROOKED service i received at your Cincinnati facility. Turned the entire situation on me and stated it was my fault they were kicking me out.
Never even offered to right their wrong with a dinner or anything. Dont waste you valuable time and money on people that don't give a S%$# about you. 4 Pit bosses and 2 security officers escorted me out moments later and told me i was drunk ( i had 3 drinks in 4 hours). The gentleman next to me verified i made no threats but the boss said i told me buddy 'I was gonna go to jail' insinuating i was going to fight the 6 casino employees around me. They came out an hour later gave me $30 and asked me to leave the casino because i had 'made threats. My money was also took from the table following the 'no deal' which was conveniently when i won $1,000 or would've. The machine jammed, the pit boss came over and took my cards before the issue was investigated. I was playing 3 card poker and was dealt a straight flush ($50-1 odds).
